At Korean Skin Clinic Málaga, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

When you book an appointment, our specialist reserves that specific date and time exclusively for your treatment. Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is removed from our availability and may not be possible to offer to another client.

50% Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining 50% of the treatment price is payable at the clinic on the day of your appointment.

Your appointment is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after booking, the deposit will be retained.

This applies regardless of when the cancellation or rescheduling takes place.

If you wish to book a new appointment after cancelling or rescheduling, a new 50% deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

No-Show Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, your 50% deposit will be retained.

A new appointment will require a new 50% deposit.

Once your appointment is booked, that time is blocked exclusively for you. If the appointment is cancelled or missed, the reserved specialist time may remain unused and cannot necessarily be replaced with another client.

The deposit is not intended as a penalty. It is a reservation payment for the time specifically allocated to your appointment.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. The full treatment price may still apply.
