Korean Skin Clinic Málaga – Refund & Cancellation Policy

To secure an appointment, clients may choose either:

• Pay the full treatment price online, or

• Pay a minimum 50% deposit of the total treatment value online at the time of booking.

If a 50% deposit is paid, the remaining balance may be paid online or at the clinic on the day of the appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

All 50% deposits are strictly non-refundable.

The 50% deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances following cancellation or non-attendance, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit will also be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled, subject to availability. The original 50% deposit will remain applied to the rescheduled appointment, provided the clinic agrees to the change.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment options available at the time of the appointment.i
